Held weekly at The Albany Centre, Bristol on Thursdays from 7:45 pm.

We will focus on strength, technique, and creative improvisation.

You will learn and receive the necessary skills and training to perform aerial trapeze tricks and build a creative performance.

Suitable for most levels. These classes are not suitable for complete beginners.

A variety of yoga classes held in and around the Bristol Area. From breathwork and meditation to hatha, yin and beginner friendly classes.

Fra is an experienced professional musician and drum teacher.

She teaches with attention to detail, including warm-ups, stick control, grade work and exam preparation.
