About Sotto Sopra Festival
Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to dive into a variety of exciting workshops, including yoga, circus arts, meditation, breath-work, silk, trapeze, juggling, hoop, creative movement, and dance fitness. As you explore these dynamic sessions, enjoy the vibrant atmosphere with live DJs, bands, and captivating entertainment. Plus, indulge in the delicious flavors of traditional Tuscan food, making this an experience that engages all your senses!

Afternoon Workshops
Get ready for the next wave of excitement, starting at 16:00!

The afternoon workshops are about to take your experience to the next level with a whole new set of thrilling activities. This is your chance to dive deeper into the world of aerial arts, with even more opportunities to challenge yourself, learn new skills, and push your limits. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a curious beginner, these workshops will leave you feeling inspired and invigorated.
Ceremonies
If you are seeking to establish a deeper connection and unify the bond with a loved one, here you will be able to share your thoughts, feelings and emotions to them, amongst friends during these ceremonies.
Starting at 18:00, there will be an opportunity to take part in a traditional hand-fasting ceremony, with a moment to share personal vows and fuse your life energies together.

Circus Performances
At 19:00 the performances will begin. Circus performers from all over the world will join together and demonstrate their skill, passion and flair of imagination. We will watch in amazement as they grace the stage with their creative performances. This cabaret will take us into the night. After the days activities, we will no doubt be hungry for some of Tuscany’s famous traditional foods.
Food
For those who’ve purchased a lunch or dinner ticket, you will be treated to a vast buffet selection of wholesome, nourishing food. Free from animal cruelty and harm, La Serra will be offering a completely plant-based menu to excite your tastebuds and fill your bellies in preparation for the events to come.
Dance
After dinner we will be gifted with live music to warm our souls and open our hearts to a greater sense of community. There will be an opportunity to join each other on the dance floor and move to the sounds with freedom and a loss of inhibitions.
Disco
If the excitement of the day hasn’t worn you out, get ready to keep the energy flowing with a high-energy night disco! As the sun sets, the sound system will come alive with electrifying beats that will have you dancing non-stop. We’ll groove our way into the early hours, keeping the party vibe alive and the good times rolling until the break of dawn!
More Information
All refreshments will be available to purchase from La Serra di Montuliveto. Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive an email. This email will contain all the information you will need for the day. When you arrive at the festival, you will be greeted by our volunteers. They will check your ticket and direct you to the relevant area. Please bring your ticket with you electronically if possible and you may need proof of name such a drivers licence or parental confirmation.
