Yoga Sutra 1.2: Yogas citta vrtti nirodha

Yoga is the calming (nirodha) of the fluctuation (vritti) of the mind (citta)

"From a young age I began to develop back pain. I tried going to the gym, exercises classes and various sports in order to strengthen my body. Then I discovered yoga and there was no turning back."

Testimonials

Breathwork and meditation with Seb has been exactly what I needed, my PTSD is improving and my panic attacks have reduced. The group is warm and welcoming and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and balanced.

Emily Rogers

Breathwork and meditation session run by Seb at The Note Warehouse is amazing, the perfect way to unwind at the end of a busy week! Lovely friendly group and expert tuition from Seb throughout.

Liza Smith

Seb’s direction - the emphasis not only on the ‘position’ of the body but how breathwork can enhance and deepen the movement and experience within the body is incredible and awakening. He speaks with clarity, gentleness and humour. He will correct positions with consent and takes time to explain the whole process of the practice.

Sharon Hartmann

In Sebs classes I feel safe and accepted, I have been in tears laughing and I've been in tears crying - both times I felt comfortable enough to let go and relax into what needed to come out. While nattering to others on the way out after a session it's been brought up many times how Sebs voice is perfect for the job and not annoying or distracting in the slightest. I absolutely love ending my week with Breathwork and meditation, I sleep like a sloth and wake up zingy.

Emily Rogers

I have been practicing Yoga for many years.  Seb’s classes are calm and his explanation of all the moves and breathing techniques are amazing.  It is the first time ever that I feel I’m actually doing the exercises correctly incorporating the breathing too.  Amazing and 100% recommend him.
